Q: Can Pink Sand Consultants house my child, young person, or university student during school breaks?

A: No, alternative accommodation arrangements will have to be made.

 

Q: How long will it take to hear back from Pink Sand Consultants?

A: Please allow 24hrs for a response - Monday through Friday.

 

Q: When is payment due?

A: Once the contract has been signed and submitted, payment should be made within 48hrs.

Confirmation of bank transfer is required which can be sent via email.  Payment plans are not available.

 

Q: My child or young person has a mental health diagnosis and/or behavioral challenges.

Are Pink Sands Consultants qualified to support them?

A: Yes, Pink Sand Consultants have over 20 years of combined training and experience working with children

and young people with a mental health diagnosis and/or behavioral challenges. Each case will be evaluated individually

to ensure all participants will be kept safe prior to agreeing to take on the client.

 

Q: How are the prices determined?

A: We consider time, effort, and distance travelled when determining our prices.

We provide excellent customer service, communication in real time, and will take care of your loved one as if they were our own.

 

Q: I understand you offer services in England - would you be able to offer services outside of England?

A: The services we offer are based on our current capacity as we want to offer great value for your money.
